J.CO Rolls Out RM11 Drink Deal for Merdeka Countdown

KUALA LUMPUR, August 27, 2025 — Café chain J.CO Donuts & Coffee has launched a nationwide promotion in conjunction with Malaysia’s upcoming Merdeka celebrations, offering all beverages at a flat price of RM11.

The campaign, themed “Merdeka tak best kalau tak jimat, bestie” (Merdeka isn’t complete without saving, bestie), is part of the company’s effort to make festive gatherings more affordable during the Independence Day countdown.

According to J.CO, the offer applies to the brand’s full range of drinks — from coffee and chocolate-based selections to blended refreshments — and is available at participating outlets across the country for a limited period.

Merdeka Day, celebrated annually on August 31, commemorates Malaysia’s independence in 1957. The occasion is often marked by nationwide parades, cultural events and retail promotions. J.CO said its campaign aims to reflect the spirit of the season while giving customers more value for money.

The announcement has drawn attention on social media, with many users praising the promotion as a timely and attractive offer ahead of the holiday.
